ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

User Stories are the backbone for Agile, Scrum, and Kanban projects and products. This workshop gives participants a comprehensive overview of writing, decomposing, estimating, and product planning. We focus on what makes a good user story, how to communicate acceptance criteria and to perform acceptance tests.

This Agile training workshop provides in-depth exercises illustrating how to create and communicate user stories to the development team and create a high-quality project backlog. During this course, we will build a real-life product backlog that we will use to practice the techniques covered in this course. Most of this course is spent “doing” rather than instructor-led lectures. When you leave this course, you will have a model of a fully functioning product backlog
